External Ammunition Sealant 76084 is a single-component UV anaerobic sealant designed for high-performance bullet sealers. With a low-viscosity, penetrating formulation, this sealant is ideal for bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition, providing enhanced fit tolerance and higher bullet pull forces. 76084 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to seal primer and casemouth assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 2-3 minutes with full strength being achieve in 24 hours. To insure a proper cure, cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 100 milliwatts/cm2. The sealant cures to a thermoset plastic and can endure exposure to most solvents. Tuffbond® 394 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 394 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy was commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 394 more practical.

UV FOG (Form on Gasket) 702 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to shaft seals, oil seals, metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. Can be used as a Form-in-place gasket in oil and coolant systems. Typical applications include Engine covers, Oil pans and other fluid seal systems.
