    Accelerator 58

    Accelerator 58 is a single component non-CFC solvent-based product, formulated to provide a faster cure on acidic surfaces and cure excess Instantbond? cyanoacrylate adhesive outside the bond line. Accelerator 58 is used to increase the cure speed of Hernon® Instantbond® Adhesives. It is especially suited for post application on exposed Instantbond® adhesive outside of the bond line. Loudspeaker assembly and bonding jewelry are two examples.

    Accurizer 76111

    Accurizer 76111 is a single component U.V. anaerobic sealant. 76111 has a low viscosity penetrating material capable of bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition. This Sealant is specially formulated for Ammunition that needs greater fit tolerance and higher bullet pull forces. Curing occurs when the adhesive is applied between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic and endures exposure to most solvents. Ammunition Sealant 76111 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to seal primer and case mouth assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in two to three minutes, Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 100 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.

    CA Remover 14

    Cyanoacrylate Remover 14 is a specially formulated solvent to dissolve cured cyanoacrylate- based adhesives in between parts, clothing, or various surfaces. Remover 14 will allow the removal of cyanoacrylate adhesives in several minutes to several hours depending upon the amount of adhesive to be removed. Tissue or cloth saturated with Remover 14 will wipe off thin layers of adhesive. Larger beads or drops will require reapplication of the solvent. Bonded parts may require soaking.

    Cleaner 62

    Cleaner 62 is a non-aqueous, hydrocarbon based, non-CFC industrial solvent which removes oil and grease completely. This cleaning solvent prepares the surface for bonding with Hernon® Adhesives and Sealants. Cleaner 62 is recommended for final cleaning prior to assembling parts with Hernon® Adhesives and Sealants. It is not recommended for cleaning (flushing) equipment or for cleaning printed circuit boards and printed circuit assemblies.

    Copper Based Anti Seize 367

    Copper Based Anti-Seize 367 is a low-friction, anti-seize lubricant manufactured from a combination of micro-size copper flakes and graphite dispersed in a water-resistant grease and fortified with antioxidants, plus rust and corrosion inhibitors. Copper Based Anti-Seize 367 provides a shield against metal-to-metal contact, preventing seizure and corrosion. It fills irregularities and imperfections and resists welding, hardening, or setting. Provides low friction and cushions impact and shock loads. Low shear between particles reduces stick-slip, allowing quick disassembly with minimum wrench torque. It will not squeeze out of the threads, gum up, or wash off.

    Cylinlock® 42633 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive with temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C).     Dissipator® 745

    Dissipator® 745 is a thermally conductive room temperature cure adhesive that is designed for bonding electrical components to heat sink with a controlled gap. Dissipator® 745, through a special shimming property, insulates the component electrically while allowing thermal conductivity. This special shimming feature produces a constant gap of 0.005 in. to 0.006 in. between components.

    Dissipator® 746

    Dissipator® 746 is a thermally conductive adhesive formulated for bonding electrical components to heat sinks or printed circuit boards. Fast room temperature cure combined with excellent heat dissipation for thermally sensitive components and controlled strength for service repair provide perfect replacement for tapes, epoxies, silicones, fasteners and mechanical clips. Typical applications include bonding transformers, transistors and other heat generating electronic components to printed circuit board assemblies or heat sinks.

    Dripstop® 912

    Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

    Dripstop® 920

    Dripstop® 920 is a general-purpose anaerobic pipe sealant which contains Teflon®. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

    Dripstop® 921

    Dripstop® 923

    Dripstop® 923 is a single component, paste-like anaerobic pipe sealant compound, which contains Teflon®. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This industrial grade sealant develops controlled low strength to facilitate disassembly. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems not exceeding 82°C (180°F). Dripstop® 923 is recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 2 inches (5cm) NPT for industrial applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, pulp/paper, waste treatment, textile, utilities/power generation, marine, automotive, industrial equipment, gas compression and distribution industries. It is also recommended for industrial plant fluid power systems.

    Dripstop® 940

    Dripstop® 940 is a thread sealant, which contains Teflon®, and for use on inactive metals such as stainless steel and aluminum used in chemical process piping. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 940 is formulated to cure without the necessity of a primer. Dripstop® 940 has been shown to be compatible for use within diesel exhaust systems using DEF according to ISO-22241 through independent 3rd party verification. Dripstop® 940 withstands high pressures, sealing up to 250 psig steam at 400°F (204°C) continuous service while maintaining its chemical inertness. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® for use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

    Dripstop® 943

    Dripstop® 943 is an adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of Hydraulic and Pneumatic threaded parts. Dripstop® 943 will positively seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical-processing, valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 943 is a single component anaerobic adhesive/sealant. This adhesive will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, the material becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic which will prevent leakage from shock, and vibration, as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.
