Silastomer® 343 is a black, high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Designed to provide excellent oil resistance and can be used as a form in place gasket. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 343 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 343 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. External Ammunition Sealant 76984

Hernon® External Ammunition Sealant 76984 is a single component high strength U.V. anaerobic sealant. 76984 has a low viscosity penetrating material capable of bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition. This Sealant is specially formulated for Ammunition that needs greater fit tolerance and higher bullet pull forces. Curing occurs when the adhesive is applied between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic and endures exposure to most solvents. Ammunition Sealant 76984 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to seal primer and case mouth assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in two to three minutes, Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 100 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure. Fusionbond® 374

Hernon® has taken the excellent bond strength of Fusionbond adhesive family and merged it with the simplicity of a two-component, no-mix curing system to create Fusionbond® 374. Fusionbond® 374 is a 100% solid, room temperature cure, versatile structural adhesive which is used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56, 15 or 16. This formulation will offer rapid, high strength and high impact resistant bonds to a variety of substrates within minutes. Fusionbond® 375

Fusionbond® 375 is a highly thixotropic, two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 375 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 7 to 10 minutes. This adhesive product forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 375 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Fusionbond® 375 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, and some types of fiberglass.

Instantbond® 109

Instantbond® 109 is a low viscosity, state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. Instantbond® 120 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive suitable for applications where heat resistance is required. Instantbond® 120 resists thermal cycling and also exhibits superior resistance to humidity. Instantbond® 120 meets the requirements of CID A-A-3097 Type II, Class 3 and MIL-A-46050C TY II, CL 3.

Instantbond® 127 is a gel consistency single component, solvent-less, room temperature adhesive that sets in seconds when confined between two surfaces. The gel consistency allows for gap filling capability and prevents migration to unwanted areas.

Quantum® 138

Quantum® 138 is a surface insensitive cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated to improve adhesion properties and fixture time as well as gap filling capabilities over conventional cyanoacrylate adhesives. This advanced formulation improves adhesion to wood, leather, ceramics, elastomers, and acidic surfaces such as freshly plated components. Quantum® 138 is a state-of-art single component, solventless, room temperature curing adhesives that polymerize rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. Quantum® 156

Quantum® 156 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated for impact, thermal shock and peel resistance.

SELF LOCKER 525

Hernon® 525 is a pre-applied, micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Hernon® 525 stays on the bolt until the shearing action of an engaging nut applied to the coated bolt causes the capsules to break allowing the adhesive to cure. This material securely locks and seals against vibration loosening and fluid leakage. Tuffbond® 310

Tuffbond® 310 adhesive/sealant is a two-component epoxy, 100% solid system, two to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 310 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, and ceramics.

Tuffbond® 312

Tuffbond® 312 is a slow curing epoxy adhesive. Epoxy system has 2 components which need to be mixed well.

Tuffbond® 317 is a two component, room temperature cure system. By changing the ratio of resin and hardener, the cured adhesive can change from a tough and flexible to a hard and rigid system. The resin offers a unique combination of hardness and flexibility with high chemical and solvent resistance. Tuffbond® 318

Tuffbond® 321 is a flexible, low viscosity, general purpose resin system used for casting, potting, and encapsulating of electrical and electronic components. This unique product has been formulated to combine ease in handling with optimum physical, thermal and electrical insulation properties.

Tuffbond® 394

Tuffbond® 394 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 394 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy was commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 394 more practical.

Tuffbond® 42121
