Dripstop® 946 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Dripstop® 946 will seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical processing valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 946 is a single component, thixotropic (non-migrating) anaerobic adhesive/sealant, that does not contain PTFE, and will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, Dripstop® 946 becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic preventing leakage from shock, vibration as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Tuffbond® 318 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 318 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 318 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

The R185 Reservoir is a five gallon capacity pressure reservoir. The larger capacity reduces the need to reload your dispensing material. With a 0-100 PSI safety pressure release valve you can safely increase pressure to your ideal dispensing pressure without critically over-pressurizing the container. The R185 Reservoir is able to support a variety of different viscosity materials.

Produces a clean, dry surface that can be painted, plated or powder coated afterward with no pre-cleaning. Not for use with zinc plated or magnesium items. Rust Inhibitor 40 is used on rusted steel when only a minimum surface preparation is practical. Rust Inhibitor 40 protects, cleans and leaves a protective coating.

The R125 is a durable one gallon pressure reservoir is specifically designed for today’s production environment. The material output line is located in the center of the lid. This allows the dip tube to be centrally located so that an up to 1-gallon container can be directly placed into the reservoir. The lid design and single knob secure system permit quick changes or refills by operators and minimal clean up. The durable polyethylene material feed tube is resistant to most chemicals including adhesives, solvents, lubricants and sealants. The polyethylene feed tube is disposable and can be easily replaced. The material to be dispensed will only be in contact with the container and feed line.
