    ReAct® 795

    ReAct® 795 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 795 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a single component, room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Activator 47. Additionally, exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure this adhesive to a dry, hard surface. ReAct® 795 is similar in function to Loctite A533 and Loctite AA332 and delivers high shear strength and tensile strength.     Cylinlock® 820

    UV Curable Cylinlock® 820 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents. Augments or replaces press fits, set screws, pins and other mechanical retaining methods. Avoids heavy press fits due to rapid cure. Cylinlock® 820 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes or within 15 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours.

Hernon Cylinlock® 845 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 24 hours. Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap.     Metal Cement 850

    Metal Cement 850 is a single component, silver color gel, that is designed for quick repairing of worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. The bonded assembly often doubles the strength of press fitted parts. Use Metal Cement 850 in the new assembly to fill the gaps between parts to prevent wear, corrosion and backlash.

    Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Known as a form-in-place gasket, this sealant adapts to the size and shape of the flange allowing a wide variety of uses including oil seals, engine housings and transmission flanges.

The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.

    Dripstop® 923

    Dripstop® 923 is a single component, paste-like anaerobic pipe sealant compound, which contains Teflon®. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This industrial grade sealant develops controlled low strength to facilitate disassembly. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems not exceeding 82°C (180°F). Dripstop® 923 is recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 2 inches (5cm) NPT for industrial applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, pulp/paper, waste treatment, textile, utilities/power generation, marine, automotive, industrial equipment, gas compression and distribution industries. It is also recommended for industrial plant fluid power systems.
